“The pool and hot tub area was fantastic! It was covered in a patio-like design, which meant I didn't have to worry about sunburn while I relaxed in the heated pool. I had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. Though the location was decent, the cleanliness was shocking when I discovered a cockroach in my room. The customer service was also lacking, making it hard to resolve my issues. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and definitely not valued as a guest.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the proximity to a grocery store and restaurants was a huge plus. However, my room had some major cleanliness issues, which really took away from the overall comfort of my stay. While the breakfast was tasty, I found the room to be overpriced for the quality provided.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel before my cruise. The cleanliness and friendly staff definitely stood out to me. The breakfast was impressive, and I appreciated the convenience of the shuttle service to the port. However, I did encounter a minor issue with the shuttle payment, which was a little confusing. Overall, this place is excellent if you're looking for value and comfort in a well-maintained hotel.
